TERMS OF SERVICE
PAYMENT
• Payment via Hipolink (you can use PayPal)• Payment is due in full• At every stage of the drawing (sketch, line art and coloring) client have 3 free revisions available. Each additional revision costs $5, with a maximum of 5 paid revisions↓SCROLL↓
DEADLINES
• I will try to finish your pic ASAP, however please be patient with me.• If no deadline is agreed, it will be from one week to one month to complete the order.• I will always inform you if there is a delay.
USE (for commissions)
• Only for personal use. You cannot sell my works anywhere! No prints, t-shirts, mugs, stickers, etc. — nothing that generates revenue.• You can upload a watermarked version of the artwork and use it online in any non-commercial manner, but please include a link back to my gallery.
COMMERCIAL USAGE AGREEMENT
• If you wish to order a commission for commercial use, the price of the commission will have a minimum increase by 100% of the original price. Why? The process of drawing for printing is different from the process of drawing for non-commercial use. Please, specify the parameters for printing house (size, DPI, etc). You also get unlimited free revisions.• All profits made from the use of the commissioned artwork will belong to the client, unless agreed otherwise.• Commercial use involves the sale of goods with commissioned artwork such as T-shirts, mugs, posters etc.
USE (for pics with my OC)
• Pics with my characters can be used as screensavers on devices and avatars.• Any kind of fanart is ok! I love AU and other visions of the characters.• You can publish my work in the art community, but remember to refer to any available source or nickname. Publications without the author will be deleted through the support.• Commercial use has to be agreed with me.
